For the first time, via3pr participated at the Brighton Beach Jubilee, an annual festival that features live entertainment, delicious food, and an enormous variety of merchandise booths. More than 125,000 people from all over the New York State area attend every year, making it a prominent marketing opportunity for us.
We were there making the inaugural sales of products by one of our clients, lap’n’cap, a children’s socks and tights company. We demonstrated how the tights double as puppets on our own hands, playing with children as they walked by and talking to parents about how to turn dress-time into a fun and stress-free part of everyone’s morning. The tights were a huge hit, and we were busy all day, selling tights by the dozens at every minute.
Although we barely had a single moment to sit down, it was a tremendously fun and successful day for us. We were the only ones selling tights, amidst multiple blocks filled with jewelry, clothing, and accessories tables, which helped us stand out and really highlight lap’n’cap’s creativity.
Run by Pat Singer, the Brighton Beach Jubilee was extremely well organized, with really helpful police officers on duty, who kept the day running smoothly. Our neighboring vendors were all very professional and friendly, making it a pleasurable experience for all, and we were thrilled to have met so many people over the course of six and a half hours.
The festival was definitely a great opportunity for us to promote lap’n’cap’s products to a diverse target. The tights proved to be a great possibility for gifts as well as everyday attire; their playfulness and top quality drawing people in consistently throughout the day. We at via3pr deemed the experience favorable in every way, and found it to be a wonderful day overall, with a lot of great entertainment, food, and new friends.
